This is a functional outdoor fitness class for everyone, whether you're an avid Spartan racer looking to get an edge on the competition, or you're just looking for a program to improve strength, conditioning, explosiveness, speed, and dynamic movement.

All levels are welcome and all drills and movements can be scaled to any level of fitness.

At MPS we've always had a focus on learning and conquering Spartan obstacles. Now, Coach Andrea wants to help you with the running. The class is great for anyone looking to improve running technique.
