This is a functional outdoor fitness class for everyone, whether you're an avid Spartan racer looking to get an edge on the competition, or you're just looking for a program to improve strength, conditioning, explosiveness, speed, and dynamic movement.

All levels are welcome and all drills and movements can be scaled to any level of fitness.
